🧠 Objective
To rapidly adapt and promote Gearco’s mobile-accessible guest platform during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic—transforming it from a convenience feature into a public health solution. The campaign aimed to reduce in-person contact in hotels while maintaining seamless guest services, increasing adoption among both clients and their guests.
 
💡 Concept & Creative Approach
This campaign was centered around the urgent recontextualization of hospitality technology. The MyGuestPortal—originally a guest amenity—was now positioned as life-saving infrastructure in a moment of global uncertainty.

A powerful reframing of software as a shield during a health crisis.


Tagline and Body Copy:
Reassuring, benefit-driven messaging addressed not only what the technology does (contactless check-ins, payments, and renewals), but also why it matters—especially in a climate of fear and social distancing.
