🧠 Objective
To quickly and emotionally communicate EA+’s core value proposition to travelers: in the event of a medical emergency away from home, EA+ ensures you’re safely transported back. The campaign needed to resonate across income levels and travel habits, especially during an era of heightened health awareness and digital content consumption.
🎨 Concept & Creative Approach
These short-form ads—internally referred to as “stingers”—delivered high-impact messaging in just 17 to 29 seconds. The creative revolved around key fears and anxieties associated with medical emergencies while traveling, offering EA+ as the reassuring solution.
Each persona-specific spot was built around a unique emotional tone:
