🧠  Objective

To quickly and emotionally communicate EA+’s core value proposition to travelers: in the event of a medical emergency away from home, EA+ ensures you’re safely transported back. The campaign needed to resonate across income levels and travel habits, especially during an era of heightened health awareness and digital content consumption.

🎨  Concept & Creative Approach

These short-form ads—internally referred to as “stingers”—delivered high-impact messaging in just 17 to 29 seconds. The creative revolved around key fears and anxieties associated with medical emergencies while traveling, offering EA+ as the reassuring solution.

 

Each persona-specific spot was built around a unique emotional tone:

  • “George” Persona: Blue-collar, outdoorsy tone

  • “Arthur” Persona: Professional, global traveler tone

  • Generic: Broadly relatable messaging

Visual & Audio Elements

  • Stock footage and internal clips assembled to create an authentic narrative

  • Carefully selected music underscored either anxiety or relief

  • Logo animation matched new EA+ brand identity

  • Voiceover delivered with reassuring gravitas

🧍 George (17s):
“We all love the outdoors and hitting the road to explore it. But if you're hospitalized while traveling, EA+ is your ticket home. EA+. Your guardian angel on the road.”

👔  Arthur (21s):
“You want to travel and explore the world on your terms. But what if a medical emergency disrupts your plans and takes that control out of your hands? How will you navigate the medical systems in a foreign country? EA+ can be your ally. We’ll get you home.”

🌍  Generic (17s):
“Don’t let a medical emergency turn your travel adventure into a misadventure. Being in a hospital far from home would be unsettling to say the least. On your next trip, be sure to take EA+ along. We’ll get you home.”

📈  Results & Impact

The ConnectedTV campaign significantly boosted brand awareness among streaming viewers, reinforcing EA+ as a trusted name in emergency medical transport. Though precise ROI figures are proprietary, the client extended use of these spots across multiple platforms including YouTube, expanding beyond their initial streaming targets.
